A realtor should have Your best interest at heart. They should realize how personal selling your home, and buying one is. They should work very hard FOR YOU for their commission. They should be pleasant, helpful and caring among many other thing. They should also be a very competent and competitive salesperson and negotiator. Go With Karen!! She is what a realtor should be and will work very hard for you with you. I was incredibly happy working with her; even though, frankly, I don't care much for her profession. She did a great job!
